Living In The Heart Meditation
Opening the frontal lobe of the brain can take us to the nonlinear world of the Quantum Field. It takes the opening of the consciousness of the heart to receive the love which is integral to the essence of Divinity. Coupled with activation and integration of the consciousness of the subtle bodies and spiritual brain and heart, it presents a new paradigm, the experience of oneness with Divinity. This paradigm shift allows a profound release of emotions and pain, without the trauma often associated with such work. The experience of releasing whole layers, of a lifetime of accumulated pain and suffering is like stepping out of a cold dark cave into the warmth and light of a summer’s day.
